1) Local Standard Shipping:
Standard Shipping is a fixed fee of $2.50
All Standard Shipping comes with tracking and notification from the courier on the day of delivery

2) Local Next Day Delivery:
Next Day Delivery Shipping is a fixed fee of $5
All Express Shipping comes with tracking and notification from the courier on the day of delivery.
You will receive your order within 1-2 working days*
*Does not apply if there is a BO item in the order

PLEASE NOTE THAT: 

• Local doorstep couriers deliver between 9am to 10pm from Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm on Saturday
• In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, the agent will redeliver on the next working day (up to 3 redelivery attempts)
• In the event of multiple failed deliveries, the customer will have to bear the re-delivery fees of $5
• Only orders placed by 6:00pm are eligible for next-day delivery.

To better streamline our operations and increase our productivity, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed. We seek for your understanding in this.

Kindly ensure that the right colours/sizes of the correct products have been selected before proceeding to check out. For any amendments to the orders prior to shipment, you may send a request to our customer service via email at hello@ohpetite.com. 

In the event your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days (local SG orders) after your parcel has been dispatched to the courier, kindly email in to hello@ohpetite.com.  so that we can assist you with your parcel status.
