Terms and Conditions

oh!petite reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notification. By purchasing from oh!petite, the buyer has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions listed.

  • All sales are final and may not be amended.
  • By shopping with oh!petite, you agree to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We collect information such as your name, contact details, delivery address and purchase history to process your orders, provide customer service and improve our offerings. With your consent, we may send you updates on promotions, product launches, or special events. You can opt out of these marketing communications anytime. Your data is stored securely and only accessed by authorised personnel or trusted service providers necessary to fulfil your orders. We respect your rights to access, correct or withdraw consent over your personal data. For any queries or requests, you may contact us at ohpetite.sales@gmail.com. We do not sell your data to third parties and retain personal data only as long as necessary for business or legal purposes.

 

Payment

oh!petite currently provides these following payment methods: ShopifyPay (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ApplePay). 

All payments have to be made within 15 minutes after the order confirmation email has been sent. The order is only considered as reserved and confirmed once payment is made. Kindly ensure that all required information is submitted to avoid possible shipping delays or product shipment errors. All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received or updated within the given timeframe. Store credits will be issued in the event that the payment was made after the stated duration without notifying. Refunds are strictly not allowed. In the event that no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your accounts may be blacklisted from future purchases. All transaction fees are fully absorbed by oh!petite.

Any reimbursement made by oh!petite will be in the form of store credits (valid for 6 months and applicable to online orders only). Cash refunds are strictly not allowed. Sale items will not be awarded points. 

 

Orders

We require 1-2 working days to attend to emails. Kindly refrain from sending multiple emails as our email works in a ticketing system if multiple emails are sent, the initial email from the same sender will get pushed back, hence resulting in possible delay in replies.

 

Discounts

  • Discounts are not stackable (with exception to set discounts).
  • Discounts are not applicable to selected Special Collections (stated at checkout) and sales items.

 

oh!petite reserves the right to nullify any discounts if discount codes were discovered to be misused.

As much as we strive to capture the most accurate colour of the products seen on www.ohpetite.com, kindly take note that the colour might differ slightly in real life due to studio lightings or individual’s computer settings.

The oh!petite team will love to serve you with courtesy and respect, and we will appreciate if you treat our staffs in the same manner.
